AVUS is an extra virgin olive oil with an intense, fruity aroma with a velvety texture and exceptional organoleptic properties. Has a green hue, conferred by the maturation stage of the olives.

To the palate, one experiences a slight sensation of spice, making room for a second phase in which one feels an exotic mixture of flavors, with touches of green apple, almond, lettuce and fig.

About Bottling

Bottling is done by tight rules of hygiene. The dark shade of the bottles is specially chosen to protect the oil from the external aggressions of the light.
